Elite Care at Home is experienced in providing clients of all ages with the care they need to return home after a period of hospitalisation.
Tailored services
After illness or surgery, some clients may only require occasional visits to assist them in getting back to independent life at home – others need more intensive care to ensure their comfort and well-being.
We offer a full range of care services from a weekly visit to help with domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry, daily visits to help with meals and personal care, or round-the-clock supervision where necessary.
